Important notes
Safety, weather, and booking fit come first.
Every water day is confirmed around real conditions, guest comfort, and the requirements for the selected activity or course.
- Booking requests are reviewed by the crew before the activity, course, or payment handoff is confirmed.
- Scuba guests may need certification proof, a completed medical form, physician clearance, referral paperwork, or eLearning/eRecord completion depending on the service.
- Weather, sea conditions, cruise traffic, and operational needs can require a time change, safer alternate plan, or reschedule.
- After scuba, plan enough time before flying or high-altitude travel; the team can advise based on your dive profile.
